Effect of Storage Conditions on Freshness Indexes and Mold Count of Fishmeal

To explore the effect of storage conditions on freshness fishmeal, acid value (AV), volatile basic nitrogen (VBN), and pH were used as evaluation indexes to changes in during influence mold count these indexes.
